Jack Armstrong is an award-winning basketball broadcaster and coach. Since 1998 he’s been best known as the colorful voice of the Toronto Raptors, where he’s earned multiple Canadian Screen Awards.
Beyond basketball, it’s his family experience that has help shape his view of the world. Raised in the Brooklyn, NY along with his three brothers, Jack lost his father when he was just seven. Later in life when Jack and his wife Dena found out they couldn’t have children of their own they decide to adopt three young boys. Through their adoption experience, they learned that there was a disproportionate amount of African American children in the foster care system and decided to welcome three young black boys into their homes and hearts.
As a professional speaker, Jack has appeared at the Elevate Festival and presented for Fortune 500 Companies throughout North America.

As a Motivational Speaker (TEDx, CBC) Dena uses a comedic approach in her talks to help educate audiences on the benefits of mindfulness practices to improve well-being.
She holds certifications in both yoga and mindfulness instruction and hosts a self-help podcast on Spotify that shares various wellness practices with listeners.
Dena has presented to rave reviews at corporate and private events throughout North America to organizations including TD Bank, Toronto Metropolitan University, Amazon and Scotia Bank.
